Sculpture House has developed a new but traditional-style set of rasps - the Conical Carbide Rasp Set - capturing the famous primary Italian rasp shapes used for generations by professional sculptors worldwide. This innovative idea has combined style with functionality. The rasps carbide teeth are fused at extremely high temperatures to make for an extremely long lasting carbide surface. Further more the teeth being conical or cone- shaped enables the rasp to be pushed or pulled in any direction and be self cleaning in most cases. With proper use and care these rasps should last four times longer than carbon steel rasps. Ideal for working in wood and stone.

The set is composed of 3 rasps: the CC28 8" rasp the CC25 10" rasp and the CC20 12" rasp.
