Description |
The CC28 Rasp is the smallest in the Conical Carbide Rasp series - CCR58. The carbide cone shaped teeth are fused at extremely high temperatures to make for an extremely long lasting carbide surface. The conical (cone-shaped) teeth enables the rasp to be pushed or pulled in any direction and be self cleaning in most cases.
The CC28 has a standard knife end with medium teeth. The rasp s opposing end is a radial cured spear end with fine teeth. The radial curve of the spear end acts as a general shaping tool for odd and irregular surfaces and is one of the most commonly used ends after the standard knife end. Approximate length - 8.
