The CC20 Rasp is the largest rasp in the Conical Carbide Rasp series. The carbide cone shaped teeth are fused at extremely high temperatures to make for an extremely long lasting carbide surface. The conical (cone-shaped) teeth enables the rasp to be pushed or pulled in any direction and be self cleaning in most cases.
The CC20 is ideal for fast reduction of large areas of wood and/or stone. The standard knife configuration on one end is wonderful for cutting, straight rasping and side finishing. The opposing end is a rounded rectangular end typical of the original style Italian rasps for larger work. The knife end has medium grit teeth while the rounded rectangular end has coarse grit working surfaces. Approximate length - 12"
